Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Bracelet must be unworn and in its original condition.

• Bracelet must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange eligible bracelets within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

The buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

• The bracelet

• The packaging

• Any shipping damage

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Stretch Bracelet Guarantee

Every bracelet is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping.

If your bracelet experiences a workmanship-related issue within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We'll gladly repair or replace your bracelet at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Excessive stretching

• Damage caused by improper care

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded, except where required by law.
