Are your bracelets officially licensed?

No. Penny Loafer Squeek creates handmade bracelets inspired by music and albums we love. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Twenty One Pilots or their management.

What size are the bracelets?

Our standard bracelets fit approximately a 7-inch wrist. Please refer to each product listing for sizing details.

Are the bracelets handmade?

Yes! Every bracelet is individually handmade with care.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Roll your bracelet gently on and off your wrist instead of stretching it. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

What if my bracelet breaks?

If your bracelet has a workmanship-related issue within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We'll work with you to repair or replace it.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
